In a study conducted at University of Southern Denmark 2018, Ulrich Kirk found great results by testing music from Mind Music.

The results indicate that listening to 15 minutes of music is equally effective as listening to 15 minutes mindfullness. The intersting thing is that you do not put the same effort in to listning music than than performing mindfulness.
